Might and Magic X Legacy is along similar lines. In terms of traditional dungeon crawlers, there's Elminage Gothic. And there's Etrian Mystery Dungeon, a spinoff that's more of a roguelike based on the Mystery Dungeon games (they aren't too famous here in the west I believe, though Pokemon Mystery Dungeon got localized and is a pretty cool serie)
AVERNUM 6 GOOD STARTING PARTY PLUS
6-7 games? Kind of? The original series went up to Etrian Odyssey 4 last I remember, plus two remakes of the original games (called Etrian Odyssey Untold: The Millennium Girl, and Etrian Odyssey Untold: The Fafnir Knight) that add a story mode, plus some character classes. Later games add more customisation in the form or sub-classes or inherited skills, depending on the game. There's no preset characters to use you make your whole team of 5 out of 5-7 preset character classes (each class with four models each, two male and two female), and each class has a varied skill tree to develop, with only limited points so you can't just buy everything ever (don't worry though you can always just make more characters, or reset the skill point for an exp cost). The plot is generally simple: "there's this dungeon, you're explorers, do I need to spell it out?" Of course, there's more to each game plot than the premise, but you can safely play it for just the old-school dungeon delving and mapping etc. Etrian Odissey perhaps? It's a serie of RPGs for Nintendo systems (handheld only, I'm afraid).
